One evergreen policy covering all apps and games published by App Build Grow
on Google Play Android and App Store iOS
App Build Grow ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games on Google Play Android and the App Store iOS. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and games we publish now and in the future (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading or using any of our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application. This is a single evergreen policy — one URL covers every app and game published by App Build Grow.
Our apps do not currently require account creation or sign-in. If you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and message contents solely to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose.

You can delete it anytime using the Reset or Clear Data option in the app's Settings menu, or by uninstalling the app.
Our apps request only the permissions required for their specific core features. Below is a complete list of all permissions that may be used across any of our apps. Each individual app only requests permissions relevant to its features:
Our apps that display advertisements use one or more of the following advertising networks. Each network may collect Advertising ID, Device ID, App interactions, and Approximate location to serve and measure ads. Not all networks are used in every app.
Google Privacy Sandbox Topics API Android — Categorizes app interests for advertising without tracking individual users. Managed entirely by Google: policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdServices Attribution API Android — Measures which ads led to app installs and in-app actions on Android. Managed by Google.
Apple AdServices Attribution API iOS — Measures which Apple Search Ads campaigns led to iOS app installs. Managed by Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy
SKAdNetwork iOS — Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution framework. Attribution data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple before sharing with ad networks.
Where required by law (EEA, UK, US state laws), we show a consent popup before enabling personalized advertising. Users who do not consent receive contextual non-personalized ads.
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing Android and Apple App Store Billing iOS.
| Data Type | Handled By | We Access? |
|---|---|---|
| Credit / Debit Card Details | Google Play / Apple only | Never |
| Purchase History | Platform Billing | Confirmation only |
| Purchase Token | Platform Billing | To unlock content |
| Bank / Financial Details | Platform only | Never |
Restoring Purchases: Use the Restore Purchases option in app Settings to recover purchases on reinstall or new device.
Refunds: Google Play — play.google.com/store/account | Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
All data transmitted between our apps and advertising or billing partners is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Since we do not operate servers storing personal user data, the risk of a breach on our end is minimal.
Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security including screen lock, encryption, and Android/iOS app sandboxing. Camera, microphone, and location access always require explicit user permission via the OS permission dialog.
Google Play Billing and Apple App Store Billing use industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant security for all payment processing.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Locally stored data remains on your device until you use the Reset option in Settings or uninstall the app.
Photos and videos captured remain in your device gallery until you choose to delete them. We do not retain copies of any captured media.
Data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies — please refer to their privacy policies linked in Section 4.
You have full control. Delete your data anytime:
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where a platform signal indicates a user may be underage, we limit data collection and disable personalized advertising for that user in compliance with COPPA (USA) and GDPR-K (EU).
If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at appbuild.grow@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action promptly.
Opting out does not remove ads — you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized contextual ads based on app content rather than your interests.

We maintain an app-ads.txt file listing all networks authorized to sell advertising in our apps. This prevents ad fraud and ensures revenue goes only to us as the legitimate publisher. The file is publicly accessible and lists all authorized networks including those in Section 4.
In addition to this Privacy Policy, our Android app data practices are summarized in the Google Play Data Safety section of each app's Play Store listing. The Data Safety section discloses what data is collected, whether it is shared, encryption practices, and deletion options.
Both this Privacy Policy and the Data Safety section together fully describe our Android data practices. In case of any conflict, this Privacy Policy provides the more complete description.
Our iOS app data practices are summarized in the App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels on each app's App Store listing. These labels categorize data into: Data Used to Track You, Data Linked to You, and Data Not Linked to You.
Both this Privacy Policy and the App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels together fully describe our iOS data practices.
As required by Apple from 2024, our iOS apps include a Privacy Manifest file (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) that declares all APIs accessing privacy-sensitive data, the reasons for using them, and all data collected by third-party SDKs. This is reviewed by Apple during app submission.
On iOS 14.5 and later, our apps request explicit user permission before tracking across apps and websites. You will see a system popup on first launch:
Change your choice anytime: iOS Settings → Privacy and Security → Tracking → [App Name]
Our iOS apps support SKAdNetwork — Apple's privacy-preserving framework that measures campaign performance without individual user tracking. Attribution data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple.
Where required by law (EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions), our apps display a Consent Management Platform (CMP) popup before collecting or processing data for advertising.
Our Android apps use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to collect and manage user consent for personalized advertising in compliance with GDPR and applicable regulations.
Our iOS apps use Apple's ATT framework combined with a consent management solution for full GDPR compliance.

Review or change consent choices anytime: Settings → Privacy Settings within the app.

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will:
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information. Third-party SDKs operate under their own privacy policies as listed in Section 4.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. This is a single evergreen policy URL — no URL changes needed when we add new apps.
For significant changes — such as adding new data collection, new app features like accounts or cloud save, or new advertising partners — we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
